Returns and Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal
When concluding a distance contract, i.e. making a purchase in the Moonsana online store, the buyer (consumer) has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to:
    send a notification to the email: info@moonsana.lv
    indicate the order number and the name of the returned product;
    provide the bank account number to which the refund will be transferred.

2. Conditions for Returning Goods
    Returns must be made within 5 working days after receiving the goods.
    The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in full set, maintaining the commercial appearance (labels, seals, protective films, etc.).
   The buyer covers the delivery and return costs.
    If the goods are returned due to poor quality (non-compliance with the contract terms), the Seller reimburses the Buyer for delivery and return costs.
    A document confirming the purchase (invoice/receipt) must be attached to the return, as well as all additional materials received together with the goods.

3. Refund
    Moonsana undertakes, without undue delay but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, to refund the Buyer the paid amount.
    The refund includes the price of the goods and the cost of delivery (up to the cheapest offered delivery option).
    Funds will be returned in the same way the payment was made, unless another method is agreed upon.

4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
    if the goods were made to order (custom-made);
    if the goods have a limited shelf life and may deteriorate;
    if the goods are in sealed protective packaging and the packaging has been opened (for hygiene and health reasons);
    if the goods have been used, damaged, or lost their commercial appearance;
    if the goods, by their nature, cannot be returned (for example, have been inseparably mixed with other goods).
